Shipping Policy – True Tranquillity

At True Tranquillity, we take special care in shipping our delicate candles, oils, and butters. To maintain their quality and integrity, we ship orders Monday through Thursday only. This prevents packages from being held in transit or storage facilities over the weekend.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking notification. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note: Order processing takes 1-2 business days before your package is shipped.
